USM08 is hosted by Federation Square, in association with the International Urban Screens Association. The conference "Mobile Publics" has been developed inpartnership with Professor Nikos Papastergiadis and Associate ProfessorScott McQuire of the School of Culture and Communication at theUniversity of Melbourne, with the assistance of the Australian Research Council.
